As EU bureaucrats continue to reel from Vice President Vance's speech last week, the adults in the room are brokering a deal to bring the Russia-Ukraine war to an end. President Trump has his envoys laying the groundwork for peace through a series of meetings that are reminiscent of Henry Kissinger's "shuttle diplomacy" in the Middle East during the 1970s.
